Former Executive Director (1995-2010)
Stephen, (Steve) began working with One Yellow Rabbit in 1995 and was the company's Managing Producer from 1998 until February of 2010 when he resigned to pursue a variety of independent projects.
Steve produced many shows including Death In New Orleans by John Murrell (winner of the Scotsman Fringe First Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival), the English-language world premiere of Thunderstruck by Daniel Danis, The History of Wild Theatre, Featherland, Dream Machine, Silvia Plath Must Not Die, Gilgamesh La-Z-Boy and Blake Brookers' Kawasaki Exit.
Steve also produced tours to the Netherlands, Germany, the United States, Scotland and across Canada. In the course of his work he is proud to have presented leading Canadian theatre and dance groups including La La La Human Steps, da da kamera, Compagnie Marie Chouinard and Ronnie Burkett.
In 1997 he and Denise Clarke founded One Yellow Rabbits Summer Lab Intensive, a school of theatre creation for artists from across Canada and abroad.
