Stephen, (Steve) began working with One Yellow Rabbit in 1995 and has been the company's Managing Producer since 1998.
Some of the shows produced since then include Death In New Orleans by John Murrell (winner of the Scotsman Fringe First Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival), the English-language world premiere of Thunderstruck by Daniel Danis, The History of Wild Theatre, and Featherland.
Steve has also produced tours to the netherlands, Germany, the United States, Scotland and across Canada. In the course of his work with he is proud to have presented leading Canadian theatre and dance groups including La La La Human Steps, da da kamera, Compagnie Marie Chouinard and Ronnie Burkett.
In 1997 he and Denise Clarke founded One Yellow Rabbits Summer Lab Intensive, a school of theatre creation for artists from across Canada and abroad.
Oliver is a Calgary based Stage Manager and Production Manager. He has been with One Yellow Rabbit in various capacities since 2005. In the Fall of 2006 he stage managed OYR’s Dream Machine at the National Arts Centre.
He is also the Production Stage Manager of The Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show. Previously in Toronto he was Production Manager of The Milk International Children’s Festival, the International Festival of Authors and several music festivals at Harbourfront Centre.
Elsewhere, he has worked at the Sundance Film Festival, Miami Film Festival and the inaugural Dubai International Film Festival in the United Arab Emirates. Oliver has also worked in fund development at Alberta Theatre Projects.
Fiona is a technical director, production, and stage manager who has worked in theatre, dance, and opera and has toured nationally and internationally. Her credits include work with Soulpepper Theatre Company, National Arts Centre, Necessary Angel, Crow's Theatre, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, Theatre Smith Gilmour, Banff Centre for the Arts, Dancemakers, Toronto Dance Theatre, Opera Atelier, Canadian Opera Company and, most recently, Second City (Toronto) Touring and Education companies.
She first came to Calgary from Toronto to join the Rabbits for the 2008 High Performance Rodeo and just couldn't get enough of being scolded for jay walking so decided to make the move permanent. Fiona likes lemon but will settle for grape.
Mark Hopkins is a Calgary-based writer, performer and arts administrator. He has worked with One Yellow Rabbit since August 2007 as the Assistant to the Managing Producer. Mark also works with Calgary Young People's Theatre, Downstage, Ghost River Theatre and the Swallow-a-Bicycle Performance Co-op in a variety of capacities.
His writing appears regularly in local magazines, including FFWD, Swerve and U.
Fabulous singer-songwriter Danielle runs the OYR Box Office with a cool head and hand.
