Allison has appeared on nearly all of Calgary's stages during her career so far.  She is a recipient of Betty Mitchell Awards for acting (Romeo & Juliet - The Shakespeare Co.; Ash Rizin' - Alberta Theatre Projects; Twisted - Forte) and composing (The Scarlett Letter - Theatre Calgary) as well as the 2019 Critic's Choice Award for Design (The Ministry of Grace - The Belfry Theatre, Greater Victoria Regional Theatre Awards).

Allison has appeared onstage at the NAC, The Grand, Theatre Calgary, Rainbow Stage, Persephone, Catalyst, The Arts Club, The Drayton Festival, the Calgary Philharmonic, the Victoria Symphony, The Winnipeg Symphony and as far abroad as Kuala Lumpur with the Malaysian Symphony Orchestra. She also performs regularly across Canada with her jazz quartet and her album, Skin & Flame, is available on all streaming platforms.
